Catalysis between innovation and tradition: new challenges and new opportunities for University and Industry
Catalysis has an important role in sustainable development. It combines the scientific accuracy and fundamental knowledge, proper of the academic research, with the practical approach of the industrial world. Starting from this context and continuing the tradition of the past conferences, the XVI Italian National Congress of Catalysis intends to join the needs of Industry and University. Moreover it aims to increase the synergy between the two worlds in order to promote positive changes within the Chemical Industry, increasing the perception of a strategic role of catalysis.
The program will consist of plenary lectures, oral and poster contributions. The program of the congress will feature a day totally devoted to the Industry with several lectures presented by research scientists belonging to the Industrial world.
