The Conference is jointly organized by the Petrochemistry Division of DGMK, the Division of Industrial Chemistry of the Società Chimica Italiana (SCI), the Austrian ÖGEW Österreichische Gesellschaft für Erdölwissenschaften and Leibniz-Institut für Katalyse e.V. (LIKAT), Rostock.

This conference brings together experts from industry and academia. A unique feature of this conference over the years is the high participation from industry, representing roughly one third of the delegates. This makes this conference an ideal platform for networking.
The Conference will address scientific and technical topics such as:
Feedstock diversification, future energy carriers, “decarbonization” of the transport and chemistry sector, circular economy in the petrochemical industry, CO2 utilization, use of flue gasses as feedstock, use of biomass, process intensification and sector coupling between the utility industry.
Abstracts on both fundamental studies and applied research around the above topics will be highly welcome.
